How to find the Church

We are located on Howard Terrace near the centre of Morpeth.

By road

Morpeth is situated on the A1 about 15 miles to the north of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

From the North

Follow signs into Morpeth along the A192. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Manchester Street. Continue to the end of the street and turn left at the mini roundabout. There is a car park about 30M on the left. To reach the Church, continue past the car park entrance and turn right at the cross roads. The Church is almost immediately to the right.

From the South

Follow signs into Morpeth along the A197. Continue for approximately 2 miles and turn left at the roundabout. Continue down the hill, over the bridge and turn left at the mini roundabout. Proceed along Bridge Street and turn right at the mini roundabout (near the Clock Tower) into Newgate Street. About 150M later, turn right at the traffic lights into Manchester Street. Continue to the end of the street and turn left at the mini roundabout. There is a car park about 30M on the left. To reach the Church, continue past the car park entrance and turn right at the cross roads. The Church is almost immediately to the right.

From the East (Pegswood/Ashington)

Follow signs into Morpeth along the A197. Once you reach the 30mph speed restriction, continue for about 50M and turn right on the bend. Continue along Howard Terrace for approximately 100M and the Church is at the end of the final terrace on the left. To reach the car park, turn left immediately after the Church then the first right.

By rail

Morpeth has an hourly rail service from Newcastle. Take a Virgin CrossCountry, GNER, Northern Rail or Transpennine Express train to Newcastle and change for any Northern Rail service to Morpeth or Chathill. Some Virgin and GNER intercity trains also stop at Morpeth. A full timetable can be found on the Northern Rail website. The Church is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the railway station.

By air

There are flights to Newcastle International Airport from a wide variety of British and European cities. Taxis, buses and the Metro provide links to Newcastle and Morpeth. A full flight timetable can be found on the Newcastle International Airport website.
